RMLS Market Stats - April 12-18, 2024
It seems as though the spring market continues to grow.
Pending and Closed Sales were up. Time on market was down. But supply of new listings has decreased. These factors are potentially pointing increasingly to a turn-around to a seller's market although it seems as though there is a downward pressure on prices.
