RMLS Market Stats - June 14-20, 2024

We seem to be entering a stronger sellers market, with the number of new listings dropping and less time on market.  There are less homes pending and fewer closings potentially related to drops in inventory. At the same time we are seeing a lower average sales price and median sales price which may reflect seller realization that the interest rates are continuing to impact offers from cash-strapped buyers.
